Affiliate Program Terms

Program Overview

The LovePuzzle Affiliate Program ("the Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to LovePuzzle ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms"). This is an independent contractor relationship, not a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Eligibility & Approval

To participate in the Program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a legitimate website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
• Submit a complete application for our review
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations
• Not engage in activities that compete with or harm LovePuzzle's reputation

All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. Approval may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.

Commission Structure

Current Rate

Affiliates currently earn a commission of 30% on each qualified sale they refer. This is a limited-time launch rate offered to early affiliates to celebrate the launch of our program. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price paid by the referred customer.

Regional & Market Pricing

LovePuzzle operates globally and may offer products at different price points across different markets, regions, and currencies to reflect local purchasing power, taxes, and market conditions. Your 30% commission rate applies to the actual sale price in the customer's local currency, converted to USD (or your selected payout currency) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. As product pricing may vary by region, promotional period, or currency, the absolute commission amount per sale may differ accordingly.

Rate Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' advance notice via email. The standard commission rate after the launch period may differ from the current promotional rate. Rate changes will not apply retroactively to sales already completed.

Commission Scope

Commissions apply only to the first purchase made by a referred customer. Repeat purchases by the same customer do not generate additional commissions. Only completed, paid transactions qualify for commission. Refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions do not qualify and any commissions paid will be deducted from future earnings.

Cookie Duration & Attribution

Cookie Window

When a user clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is stored for 90 days. If the user completes a purchase within this 90-day window, you will receive commission credit.

Attribution Model

We use a last-click attribution model. This means:

• If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click receives commission credit
• Each subsequent click resets the 90-day cookie window
• Direct traffic or non-affiliate referrals after an affiliate click may override commission credit

Purchase Requirement

The referred customer must complete their purchase within the 90-day cookie window for you to receive commission credit. Purchases made after the cookie expires will not be credited to your account.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first 15 days of each month for the previous month's completed sales.

Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum balance of $25 USD is required to receive payment. If your balance is below $25 at the end of a month, your unpaid commissions will carry forward to the following month until the threshold is met.

Payment Methods

Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (ACH/wire). You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payment details in your affiliate account
• Updating payment information if it changes
• Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank
• All applicable taxes on your commission income

Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity, invalid traffic, or violation of these Terms. We may conduct investigations and request additional information before releasing payments.

Promotional Guidelines

Allowed Promotional Activities

You may promote LovePuzzle through:

• Honest, accurate reviews of our products and services
• Social media posts on your personal or business accounts
• Blog articles, tutorials, or educational content
• Email marketing to your own opt-in subscriber list
• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other video content
• Podcast mentions or sponsored segments
• Display advertising on your own website

Prohibited Activities

Custom Landing Pages

As an affiliate, you will receive access to customizable landing pages to enhance your promotional efforts. When using these landing pages:

• You may customize messaging, images, and layout within the provided framework
• You must not misrepresent LovePuzzle's features, pricing, or policies
• You must not make false claims or guarantees on our behalf
• You must not add malicious code, tracking scripts, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to review your landing page content at any time and request changes if content violates these Terms or misrepresents our brand.

Intellectual Property

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the LovePuzzle name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting LovePuzzle as part of the Program. This license terminates immediately upon termination of your participation in the Program.

Trademark Usage

When using our trademarks:

• Do not modify our logo or trademarks in any way
• Do not use our trademarks in domain names or social media handles without permission
• Do not register trademarks, domain names, or business names confusingly similar to LovePuzzle
• Do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship

Marketing Materials

We will provide approved banners, images, and copy for your promotional use. You may not modify these materials without our express written consent. Use only the most current versions available in your affiliate dashboard.

Termination

Termination by Either Party

Either you or LovePuzzle may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Outstanding commissions for verified sales will be paid according to our standard payment schedule for 30 days following termination.

Immediate Termination

We may terminate your participation immediately without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct
• Damage LovePuzzle's reputation or business interests
• Fail to comply with applicable laws

In cases of immediate termination for violations, we reserve the right to withhold unpaid commissions.

Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination, you must:

• Immediately cease all use of LovePuzzle trademarks and marketing materials
• Remove all affiliate links from your promotional channels
• Delete or disable any custom landing pages
• Cease representing yourself as a LovePuzzle affiliate

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your participation.
