What if I want to delete my puzzle?
Contact us anytime and we'll delete your puzzle and all associated data from our servers. We respect your right to be forgotten.
Is my payment information secure?
We use Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I make my puzzle password-protected?
Currently, puzzles are private by unique link only (not password-protected). The link itself acts as the key - only people with the link can access it.
What if someone shares my link?
If someone shares your link, others will be able to access your puzzle. Choose your subdomain wisely and only share with people you trust.
Can I change my link after publishing?
Currently, links cannot be changed after publishing. Choose your subdomain carefully before you publish.
Will my puzzle appear in Google search results?
No. Your puzzle is not indexed by search engines. It can only be accessed by people who have your exact link.
How long does my puzzle stay online?
Your puzzle stays online forever (or until you request deletion). There's no expiration date.
