Once you publish your puzzle, you immediately receive:
- Your custom subdomain (e.g., yourname.lovepuzzle.com)
- Instant access to your published puzzle
- Ability to generate and download QR codes
- All editing capabilities
These services are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
Customized Content
Your puzzle is personalized with your photos, words, clues, and messages. Once created and published, the service has been fully rendered to your specifications.
Preview Before Purchase
You have unlimited ability to create, edit, and preview your puzzle before publishing. We only ask for payment when you're completely satisfied and ready to share your puzzle.
How to Avoid Issues Before Publishing
Preview Thoroughly
Test all games, check all photos, review all messages before publishing.
Test the Link
After publishing, open your puzzle in multiple browsers and devices to ensure it works perfectly.
Double-Check Content
Verify spelling, clues, and answers. Make sure photos are the right ones and display correctly.
Save Drafts
You can save your puzzle and come back later. No rush - take your time to get it perfect.
What If There's a Technical Issue?
If you experience technical problems with your puzzle (broken features, upload errors, accessibility issues), please contact us immediately at support@lovepuzzle.com
We will work with you to resolve any legitimate technical issues. However, this does not constitute a refund policy - we aim to fix problems rather than process refunds.
